Pilates workouts are typically based on either Pilates mat work, which is done on the floor with a minimum of equipment, or on Pilates apparatus (i.e. those odd-looking machines). At Carbon, we offer combinations of both as well as blending traditional cardio equipment such as spin bikes, elliptical machines and treadmills into the mix for heightened effectiveness.
We recommend new clients begin with a consultation and private training
session. This provides prospective clients an overview of our facilities and
services, offering exposure to the resistance equipment used in Pilates that may be unfamiliar.
