Mat classes provide no-impact workouts that use your own body as resistance to sculpt and lengthen muscles, strengthen the spine and increase flexibility. Some workouts include the use of equipment like slomo and balance balls, Pilates rings and resistance bands. The exercises are adaptable to any fitness level.
